Instructions

If you wish to order by MAIL, choose option 2 - upon clicking, an order form in Word format will open. You may print this order form and mail it in with your payment.

If you wish to order ONLINE, choose option 3 - upon clicking, you will go to a shopping page where you may make your selections by adding desired items to a shopping cart. You will NOT be charged until you actually click "checkout" and input your payment information. So, feel free to look around this page as much as you want and see what selections are available!

If you wish to order by PHONE, selecting option 2 or 3 will allow you to see all your choices before calling your order in. We recommend printing the order form and filling it out, then call in your order for quick and easy processing!
